This Website is intended for and directed to employees and contractors performing services on behalf of the various legal entities that make up the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies (“JJFOC”) and may be accessed and used solely in connection with their services on behalf of same. All content on this website is owned, licensed to, or otherwise controlled by Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. and is protected by worldwide copyright laws.

In order to utilize the materials available in this site’s Digital Asset Management system (the “DAM”), including any photographs, graphics, videos, documents or other materials obtained from the DAM (the “Materials”), you must comply with these Terms of Use. As an initial matter, you MAY HAVE TO fill out a request that outlines the Materials you wish to use and the way in which you plan to use the Materials (the “Project”). The Materials for use in connection with your Project may NOT be uploaded to a shared drive or other shared electronic space, and must be deleted once incorporated into the Project materials. You may retain a copy of the final Project in which the Materials were incorporated for historical reference purposes, but may not re-use the Project or the Materials in a new Project, or otherwise separate the particular Materials that you downloaded from this site into a new Project or for any other use. You must revisit this site and re-download the Materials for any further use with a new Project, as the scope of rights may have changed since your first use of the Materials.

DO NOT SHARE any Materials obtained through this site or service with anyone other than the party assisting in the creation of the Project for the Johnson & Johnson affiliate with which you work. Please ensure that any such party is made aware of the limitations of the rights for the Materials and follows the terms outlined herein, as you will ultimately be responsible for their actions.

Any usage of the Materials other than FOR ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS USE OR AS indicated in the request will result in revocation of future download privileges and may result in disciplinary action. By downloading the Materials and using this website, or any other services or content provided through this website, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by these TERMS OF USE, and any limitations and restrictions indicated in the DAM system that are associated with the Materials. The owners of this site shall be free to use or copy all other information in any such communications, including any ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques or know-how disclosed therein, for any purposes.
